One Minute Max

Students need something to write with and something to write on. Ten exercises are given for them to write down and then each exercise is timed for one minute, students count to themselves how many times they can do the exercise in a minute. They write down their number after each exercise then at the end they total everything up for a combined score. Students do the same exercises one day a week for 4 weeks and by writing down their results they can see their progress towards building and maintaining a healthy fitness level.
