Super Tracker / Food Tracker using

This is a step by step worksheet to assist students in comparing what they do eat with what they should eat using Ideally it is done in a computer lab where each student is working independently. But it can be modified to do with one computer and whole group instruction. The Food Log side needs to be completed by the student before starting the Super Tracker side. Direction sheet I use is included for the computer lab. Ideally this lesson can be done in one day, but two computer lab days may be required. In my class I use this last after completing the Choose My Plate and Physical Activity worksheets. This two activities can also be found on Wiki-Teacher.
