Student Engagement Strategy for Reinforcing Reading Concepts

In this demonstration video, the teacher explains how she uses stuffed animals, Beanie Babies, to encourage her students' use of the reading concepts and strategies. For example, the toy iguana is Iggy the Inferring Iguana and she gives the animal to students if she catches students inferring.
