Student-Teacher Writing Conferencing

In this demonstration video, a teacher conferences with students individually at their desks during their independent writing times. She asks each student to reflect upon their work and then works with them to identify a single area of improvement to focus on. In the post-lesson interview, the teacher explains her thought process behind the conferences and how she keeps track of the student conferences.
