## Math Problem Solving Strategies

This poster gives students 12 different strategies they can use when trying to solve math story problems/practical situations. These strategies work well after students have identified important information in the question, removed unimportant information, and determined what the question or problem is asking for. The larger file could be printed and laminated to make a classroom poster.
