Elapsed Time Resources

These are files I use to supplement enVisions for elapsed time. The first, Tic-Tac-Math, is a game students can play. Students take turns answering questions and marking an "X" or an "O." The first player to answer three in a row correctly wins. This works well as a review. Next is a worksheet used with the "RallyCoach" structure in which student "A" answers #1 while "B" coaches and praises, and then they reverse roles for #2. The Daily Word Problem includes scaffolding for constructed responses because it requires students to respond with drawings, calculations, and words. This file and the "Elapsed Time Opening" can easily be modified for different difficulty levels. Finally, the time assessment assesses student knowledge of identifying time as well as determining elapsed time.
