Figurative Language Exit Slip

This resource can be printed and handed out to students as an exit slip after a lesson (or series of lessons) on figurative language. Students are asked to identify the definition of figurative language, locate examples of figurative language, explain the meaning of two examples of figurative language, and create a sentence using figurative language. The first two questions are multiple choice and three of these slips can be printed on one sheet of paper, making it easy for teachers to copy and grade.
